Long Description: City of Richmond, probably safe from Tsunami but still needing to consider strategies to protect people and property from storm surge or waves, and effects of ground shaking due to earthquakes.


A sketch of what artificial sea berms may look like off the foreshore of Sturgeon Bank. The tentatively planned berms will mitigate erosion and protect the dyke from sea level rise.
