Hello from Tobago
Hi everyone,
This is my sixth ETEC course so I am passed the halfway mark and it has been great so far. I am of the opinion that this will be a different experience to the others since it is geared towards ‘selling’ rather than the theories of learning and teaching. In a way I think it may the course I will learn the most from so far since I have no experience in business or marketing and as such I am really looking forward to the experience.
I am a science teacher with a passion for computers and will like to see it being leveraged more in our field. Just yesterday I came across this concern in Steve Jobs’ biography from both Bill Gates and Steve himself. Hopefully courses such as this one may serve to help accelerate the uptake of computing in education.
It goes without saying then that I look forward to working with everyone here.
