To cap off it off, our final tip for you all is to keep calm during registration time.
Yes, there will be hundreds of students registering at the same time as you, so make sure you start as soon as it’s your registration time. Courses will inevitably fill up, but don’t panic! Register on to wait lists, if available. Keep checking back to see if any seats open up.
…but most importantly, KEEP CALM.
Remember, we are here to help! Our office hours are Monday – Wednesday & Friday 8:30am to 4pm and Thursdays 8:30am to 2:30pm. You can email us by filling in our online form (please include your UBC student # when you contact our office!).
Registration period is a very busy time in our office – our response time will be slower, so please be patient. Whether you email or call us, we will get back to you within a reasonable timeframe. Please refrain from using multiple methods of contacting us (i.e., email and phone and visit).
Happy Registering!
