Common name: Short-beaked agoseris / Pale agoseris / Yellow flowered false dandelion

(species with yellow blooms; Silene parryi also present in photo centre); alternately, Hieracium spp.

Family: Compositae

Information: Dry grasslands and forests, arid slopes up to the alpine zone; frequent in BC.
