To produce high quality products to customers is always our first goal as a responsible company. We strictly maintain our quality control to each product before it is sold. Even we try our best to maintain the high quality of our products, there are still some issues that can impact it. For example, the human error from the QC employee (although the probability of this is exceptionally low, they are well-trained), the problems from storage environment, and the inappropriate transportation.
