Common name: A species of aster/daisy

Information: Perennial herb found in the subalpine and alpine zone of mountainous regions in Europe and Asia. In the Karakoram, most common on north-facing aspects in mesic soils as well as well-drained rocky slopes. Tolerates a wide range of soil conditions.
