Educational Leadership

My educational leadership activities stem from core teaching priorities I have developed, which include the expansion and use of teaching and learning technologies, active learning, experiential opportunities outside of the classroom, reflective analysis, and collaborations with faculty and students in different departments and disciplines. On campus, I am a leader in these fields, shaping my experience and knowledge with others in the conventional forms of academia. Additionally, I am a leader within the arts community: I bring students and practitioners together for their mutual benefit, teach the next generation of art teachers, create artworks with both a political and a pedagogical thrust and disseminate the outcomes of my pedagogical practice.
