Favourite Judicial Decision:

Mabo v Queensland (No 2) [1988] (in which the Australian High Court rejected the doctrine of terra nullius and recognized Aboriginal title for the first time). This decision was handed down in my first year at law school, and opened my eyes to the possibilities of law.
