In this video, Blair and Paul discuss how to prepare a positioning statement. A positioning statement is what you say when you are trying to capture attention. It expresses how your product or service fills a particular customer need in a way that its competitors don’t. BUT… as with all of the tools that we have been working with, treat your positioning statement as a hypothesis that you will continue to test and iterate.
