Lifelong learning, knowledge based economy, and economic competitiveness through education have been synonymous to the the educational-economic policies of developed countries. Developing countries are also reformulating their educational policies to achieve global market competitiveness. But what about the Least Developed Countries (LDCs) that are not able to fulfill basic human needs? How lifelong learning could be made helpful for those citizens of LDCs?
