Women Scholars in Punjabi Studies

This occasional series highlights women scholars in Punjabi Studies.

The field of Punjabi Studies has traditionally been dominated by men. Yet, while this is true, there are accomplished women scholars in the field. This occasional series seeks to highlight the work of women scholars whose work focuses on the Punjab region. We hope that by highlighting this work we will call attention to the great work already being done — and what more can be done by and for women in this field.
