In summary, our findings are that:
- Technological literacy is an important criteria for success in the 21st century.
- Modern education must be multifaceted and give students the skills they need to be successful, digital storytelling and podcasts are important tools for meeting this criteria.
- Digital storytelling and podcasts help develop skills that students need to be successful in the modern world.
- Both of these technologies are also strong tools in developing active learning and knowledge building.
